2026 Pecorino

Pecorino is a dry, aromatic white wine celebrated for its vibrant acidity and distinctive minerality. Our first vintage 2025 was a gold trophy winner!  2026 showing classic flavors of citrus and stone fruit—bright, fresh, and beautifully balanced.

Crafted in collaboration with Jeff Fletcher, this Italian classic is a true standout. While it’s delightful on its own, Pecorino also pairs wonderfully with seafood, light pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, and salads with fresh herbs. Naturally, it’s a perfect companion to Pecorino cheese itself.
