Shiraz hand picked with friends from Ziliotto’s Lower Belford vineyard. This clone was originally imported by James Busby from Hermitage, France. A small batch release, the wine is smooth, balanced & medium weight. This lighter style of Hunter Shiraz has been French oak treated & with warm hints of rasberry. Enjoy with any roasted or grilled meat, roasted vegetables & savoury spices
